  • Provision of To-Let board if required.

  • Provide Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement 
  • Provide Deed of Grantee if a Guarantor is required 
  • Setting up standing orders

  • Notify Utilities of the tenancy.
  • Collect the rent on a monthly basis and issue you with a statements as required.
  • Arrange any general maintence, as required, authorised by you. Any bills will be deducted from the rent and the statement will reflect this.
  • 6 Monthly inspections 
  • Conduct the check-out at the end of the tenancy and deal with any deductions from the tenants deposit. If a dispute arises all necessary casework will be submitted to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Admin fee £185 for up to 2 people 

Full reference checking which includes-

  • Full credit check 
  • Reference from last or current Landlord 
  • Reference from last or current Employers
  • Identity check 
  • Collect Payslips and Bank Statements 
  • Carry out a full Guarantor reference check if a Guarantor is required  

1st Month’s Rent and full Bond prior to moving in
